Orders for manufactured components or custom engineering services may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a restocking or processing fee depending on the stage of production.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
- The delivered product is defective or does not meet the specified engineering standards.
- A cancellation is approved within the written timeline.
- Services have not yet commenced.
Custom-engineered solutions and bespoke manufactured parts are generally non-refundable once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
